CROWN PRINCESS KATHERINE DELIVERS HUMANITARIAN AID TO THE INSTITUTE FOR MOTHER AND CHILD IN BELGRADE

Belgrade, 24 May 2010 – Her Royal Highness Crown Princess Katherine visited today Institute for mother and child in Belgrade, where she delivered auto transfusion machine and 10 wheelchairs for children. HRH Crown Princess Katherine was warmly welcomed by Prof. Dr Dragutin Trickovic, Director of the Institute for mother and child and Prof. Dr Mila Stajevic, head of cardio surgery department, medical staff and little patients.

The Institute for mother and child is the biggest pediatric health institution in the region. HRH Crown Princess Katherine Foundation has donated valuable medical equipment to this hospital since 2001, and also presents to little patients for Christmas and Easter every year.
