ROYAL COUPLE ATTEND OPENING OF 25th CONGRESS OF INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE
FOR MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY

Belgrade, 27 October 2010 – Their Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine attended today the official opening ceremony of 25th Congress of the International College for maxillofacial surgery in Atelje 212 in Belgrade.

The Crown Prince Alexander addressed participants and guests at the opening ceremony emphasizing: “I would like to praise the organizing committee and all who participated in preparing this event for their hard work. This important congress presents an excellent opportunity to display the latest results in the broad field of maxillofacial surgery as well as to exchange ideas and experience. I am certain that conclusions and recommendations from this congress will aid the further development in all aspects related to maxillofacial surgery as well as improving the level of health services, for the ultimate benefit of our citizens and health professionals alike”.

The programme of this congress will include a broad range of topics and a prestigious list of international institutions. The participants will exchange the most recent information on the current and future aspects of numerous topics in maxillofacial traumatology, oncology, preprosthetic, orthognatic, reconstructive and plastic surgery. Congress is held in Sava Centre in Belgrade from October 27 to October 30, 2010.
