A ROEBUCK COMES TO THE ROYAL COMPOUND

Belgrade, 28 October 2010 – Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine, together with the staff of the Royal Palace, received today a valuable gift from the Hunter’s Club of Belgrade, a roebuck. Mr. Aleksandar Mijailovic, President of the Club, and Mr. Dragan Stefanovic, Deputy President of managing board, presented their Royal Highnesses with this beautiful animal.

The Royal Compound in Dedinje covers an area of 134 hectares or 331 acres. It is a host to a variety of unique trees and plants, as well as different animals, like squirrels, birds and as of today, a roebuck.
