“RESISTANCE” AT RECEPTION AT THE ROYAL PALACE

Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Aleksandar II and Princess Katarina hosted a reception last night at the Royal Palace in Belgrade for over 400 members of the National movement “Resistance” from the entire Serbia.

H.R.H. Crown Prince Aleksandar II welcomed those present and said that public opinion and controlled mechanisms out of influence of the executive control were of crucial importance for the positive result of process of the democratization and that the role of “Resistance” was very important.

“We invited you to express our gratitude for the things you have done, for the things you have achieved and helped to achieve, and above all – to tell you that we were with you and that we will stay with you.

It is in tradition of the Royal House, and neither I nor my successor will change our opinion”, emphasized Crown Prince Aleksandar II.

In the name of “Resistance” Mr. Dušan Milivojević, member of the Administrative Board of the “Resistance” movement from Kragujevac expressed his gratitude to Their Royal Highnesses and said: “We were the fist of the resistance that has grown today into the clean hand of Serbia and to which the future of Serbia belongs. Homes and hearts of the “Resistance” members are open for you and your sons, as you opened your home for us”.

Members of the Crown Council academicians Ivan Antić, Miroslav Gašić and Milorad Pavić, Prof. Dr. Slobodan Vitanović, Prof. Arch. Branko Pešić, Prof. Dr. Pavle Nikolić and Prof. Dr. Dragoljub Kavran attended the reception.
