ROYAL COUPLE AT DAVIS CUP FINALS

Belgrade, 5 December 2010 – Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine attended the final day of the Davis Cup finals between Serbia and France at Belgrade’s Arena. After two very interesting and high quality matches won by Novak Djokovic and Viktor Troicki, Their Royal Highnesses joined our National team’s supporters in applauding the Serbian team for its historic victory and first title of Davis Cup winners.

“Once again you have shown remarkable talent, energy and hard work and made Serbia proud. We wish you all the best for the future” – said HRH Crown Prince Alexander to players and coaches after the deciding match.

The most important result in the history of Serbian tennis has been achieved by Novak Djokovic, Viktor Troicki, Nenad Zimonjic , Janko Tipsarevic, with coach Bogdan Obradovic.
