CROWN PRINCE ALEXANDER AT THE OPENING OF THE EXHIBITION “1+1: LIFE AND LOVE”

Belgrade, 11 March 2011 – His Royal Highness Crown Prince Alexander II attended this evening the official opening of the exhibition “1+1: life and love” at the National Museum in Belgrade. The exhibition was officially opened by H.E. Mr. Christer Asp, ambassador of Sweden to Serbia. This exhibition is part of the project that is simultaneously run in 11 museums in the Western Balkans, the one in Belgrade is subtitled “I see art" and is presented in cooperation with high school students from New Belgrade. The aim of the project is to present the Balkans as an area rich in cultural heritage which transcends nationalities and borders.

Before this event, His Royal Highness visited another very interesting exhibition, “Serbian rulers and military leaders” at Dom vojske, where he had a chance to see portraits of Serbian rulers and Military leaders from 18th and 19th Centuries.
