PERSONS OF THE YEAR BY HELLO! MAGAZINE AT THE WHITE PALACE

Belgrade, 11 December 2011 – Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine hosted a reception for “Person of the Year 2011” chosen by Hello! Magazine tonight at the White Palace. HRH Crown Princess Katherine received an award for her humanitarian endeavors, together with 23 other most prominent celebrities from sports, music, media, film and journalism. All award recipients were chosen by readers of Hello! Magazine.

Hello! Serbia is the Serbian branch of an international group of magazines of the same name. Hello! Serbia is published by Hello Media. The first Serbian issue of Hello! Was launched at the White Palace four years ago, and featured TRH Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine on the front page.

HRH Crown Prince Alexander welcomed the guests and said: “Hello Magazine showed active support for humanitarian activities from its first issue, and conveyed the right message to its’ young and a little bit older readers. So this years’ award is the right occasion to send a message that hard work and persistence bring results, and that quality brings attention and respect “.

HRH Crown Princess Katherine warmly thanked Hello magazine and its readers on this award.

This year’s “Person of the Year 2011 Hello awards” were awarded to Novak Djokovic, Zdravko Sotra, Veran Matic, Natasa Ninkovic, Bata Zivojinovic, Ivan Ivanovic, Severina Vuckovic, Dragan Bjelogrlic, Emina Jahovic, Dragan Kostic, Jelena Bacic Alimpic, Hajrudin Varesanovic, Ivana Stankovic, HRH Crown Princess Katherine, Srdjan Dragojevic, Kaliopi Bukle, Lepa Brena, Lena Bogdanovic, Seka Aleksic, Ognjen Amidzic, Zeljko Mitrovic, Sergej Cetkovic, Sloboda Micalovic, Natasa Bekvalac. 

A programme was performed by our famous actresses Tanja Boskovic, Katarina Gojkovic, Jelica Sretenovic and Sofija Jurican.
