THE CHANCELLERY OF
H.R.H. CROWN PRINCE ALEKSANDAR II AND PRINCESS KATARINA ATTEND HUMANITARIAN BALL AT “AERO-CLUB”
H.R.H. Crown Prince Aleksandar II and Crown Princess Katarina attended the humanitarian ball organized by Yugoslav aero-club “Naša krila” (Our wings) whose patron is Prince Aleksandar, last night at the “Aero-club” in Belgrade. The auction of paintings was organized at the ball and all the income from sold tickets, paintings and donations was donated to the Clinic for Infective and Tropical Diseases of Clinical Center of Serbia. President of aero-club “Naša krila” Mr. Slobodan Pejić opened the ball and director of Clinic for Infective and Tropical Diseases Prof. Dr. Slobodan Pejić and director of Clinical Center of Serbia Prof. Dr. Gojko Đukić addressed those present. They expressed gratitude to the organizers and participants of the ball, emphasizing the importance of help to this institution where more that 7000 patients per year are treated in very bad conditions. H.R.H. Crown Prince Aleksandar II addressed those present supporting this event and pointing out that Their Royal Highnesses would actively continue with their humanitarian work. Beside Crown Prince Aleksandar II and Princess Katarina, Mrs. Helen Crawford, wife of British Ambassador to Belgrade and numerous figures from our public and cultural life attended the ball.
