ROYAL COUPLE AT INAUGURATION OF PRESIDENT TOMISLAV NIKOLIC

Belgrade, 11 June 2012 – Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine attended today the inauguration ceremony of Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic at the Presidency building in Belgrade.

The Inauguration was very well attended, and also present were H.E. Mr. Milorad Dodik, President of Republika Srpska, H.E. Mr. Filip Vujanovic, President of Montenegro, Mr. Stefan Fule, EU enlargement commissioner, almost all leaders of Serbian political parties, religious representatives, members of the diplomatic corps, members of the Serbian Academy of Science and Art, representatives of the Serbian Army and Police, and many public figures. 

President Nikolic was officially sworn in on 31 May 2012 in the Serbian Parliament, when he started his five-year term.
