RECEPTION AT THE ROYAL PALACE IN DEDINJE IN HONOR OF THE PATRIARCH OF ALEXANDRIA AND ALL AFRICA PETROS VII

Their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Aleksandar II and Crown Princess Katherine organized a reception at the Royal Palace in Belgrade tonight, in honor of His Beatitude Pope and Patriarch of Alexandria and all Africa Petros VII who is visiting His Holiness Patriarch of Serbia Pavle and Serbian Orthodox Church.

Together with the Patriarch of Alexandria and Serbian Patriarch Pavle, among the invitees were: Their Excellences Bishop of Bačka Irinej, Bishop of Vranje Pahomije, Bishop of Timok Justin and Bishop of Zvornik and Tuzla Vasilije; His Eminence Cardinal Walter Casper, apostolic nuncio in FR Yugoslavia Eugenio Sbarbaro and Archbishop of Belgrade Stanislav Hočevar with the suite of Roman Catholic Church in Belgrade; Mufti of Belgrade Hadži-Hamdija Jusufspahić; His Excellency Bishop of London Charters and orthodox Bishop of Diocleia His Excellency Kalistos Ware; Serbian Minister of Religion Prof. Vojislav Milovanović and the ambassadors of Great Britain, Egypt, Cyprus, Russia, Ukraine and Romania.

The reception was attended by the members of the Privy Council Mr. Đorđe Novaković, the member of the Crown Council Mr. Dragoljub Kavran and the son of HRH Crown Princess Katherine, Mr. David Andrews.
