THE CHILDREN FROM BELGRADE PRE SCHOOL INSTITUTIONS AT THE WHITE PALACE

Belgrade, 12. June, 2002. – TRH Crown Prince Aleksandar II and Crown Princess Katherine hosted a reception for 100 children pre school ages, from sixteen Belgrade municipalities.

Boys and girls were dressed in the costumes that they wore last weekend, participating in the group of 5.000 children at the first great carnival for children, organized in Belgrade.

The Belgrade Secretary for Social and Children care Mr. Tihomir Milošević thanked to Their Royal Highnesess for the reception and the oportunitty for children to meet a real prince and princess, that they heard about only in legends.

Greeting the little guests, Crown Prince Aleksandar and Crown Princess Katherine expressed the hope that, one day, those kids will be the winners of the awards of the Foundation of Royal Family for the best students.

''You are very important for us, because you are the future of this country. Visit us again, because it is your home too'', said Crown Princess Katherine.
