TRH CROWN PRINCE ALEKSANDAR II AND CROWN PRINCESS KATHERINE VISIT BRUS

Donation to health center worth over € 4,500

Belgrade, 26 October 2002 – TRH Crown Prince Aleksandar II and Crown Princess Katherine visited the municipality of Brus today where they were welcomed at the Cultural Center by the Mayor of Brus, Mr. Milutin Jelacic with his associates, and where a warm reception was organized.

The Cultural Center used to be the residence of Karadjordjevic Family, often visited by HM King Aleksandar I and HM King Petar I.

TRH Crown Prince Aleksandar II and Crown Princess Katherine then went to the Health Center in Brus where they delivered an ambulance “Yugo Skala 101” worth € 4,500 plus to the director of the Center Dr. Zoran Sljivic.

On that occasion Princess Katherine said:

“My husband Crown Prince Aleksandar II and I know how difficult conditions you work in are, but I hope the situation will get better if all of us do whatever is in our power”.

The director of the Center Dr. Zoran Sljivic warmly thanked for the delivered ambulance that will make the work easier and enable speedier reaching the patients who need immediate medical help.
