London, 25 November 1999  -  Prince Alexander strongly condemns the Belgrade regime for stalling the initial delivery of heating oil to Nis and Pirot. The regime has once again clearly proven that it wants the citizens of Serbia to suffer the cold weather to be at its mercy. All citizens of Serbia need humanitarian help to survive and the beginning of heating oil deliveries will help, but much more aid is desperately required. The regime’s tactics of red tape and repressive games point out that the regime could not give a damn for the citizens of Serbia and any help sent to them.
