ASCENSION DAY– BELGRADE’S SLAVA

Belgrade, 4 June 2003 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II extended his congratulations to the Mayor of the City of Belgrade Mrs. Radmila Hrustanovic, the members and all employees of the City Assembly, and to all citizens of Belgrade, on the occasion of Belgrade’s Slava – Christ’s Ascension.

“Please accept my warmest wishes on the occasion of the Slava of your and our Belgrade. Our capital is home for everyone of us, and our safe haven. Let its ancient Slava be the symbol of rising of the City, and the everlasting hope and faith in the future, and let it be the source of spiritual and moral strength to all our citizens at all times”, emphasized the Crown Prince in his letter.
