HRH CROWN PRINCE ALEXANDER'S URGENT STATEMENT ON TERRORIST ATTACK AGAINST SERBIAN CHILDREN IN GORAZDEVAC Belgrade, August 13th 2003.
– HRH Crown Prince Alexander II is horrified by the murder of two and
wounding of six Serbian children that were shot at from the nearby Albanian
village in Gorazdevac in Metohija. HRH
Crown Prince and the complete Royal family express their condolences to
families of the killed and wounded children with a message that they
participate, with all the heart, in their great sorrow. Murder
and wounding of children is the worst possible news and in this context, the
victims of this crime are not only innocent children, but also all of us, as
well as the State. NRH
Crown Prince expresses hope that the ones who committed this crime will be
brought to justice and punished proportionally to the filth of their acts.
Crown Prince appeals to representatives of the international
community in Kosovo and Metohija, whose achievements should be measured by
absence of such crimes, to accept their responsibilities more seriously then
they have accepted before. HRH
Crown Prince Alexander II fully supports all the Government’s attempts to
prevent that situation of unpunished, chauvinist crimes against remaining
Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija does not become norm and the political standard
there. |
