SWEDISH EXPERTS AT THE ROYAL PALACE

Belgrade, 28 August 2003 – Their Royal Highnesses hosted a dinner for the participants and organizers of the seminar “Swedish experiences in tripartite industrial relations and European Union integration” at The Royal Palace last night.

Beside the participants and organizers the dinner was attended the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden HE Mr. Lars-Goran Engfeldt, Serbian Minister of Labor and Employment Mr. Dragan Milovanovic, Chairman of the International Council of Swedish Industry Dr. Jan Waldorf and many Swedish and local businessmen, representatives of trade unions, Ministry of Labour and Employment and members of the advisory bodies of the Crown.

The seminar which ends today was the occasion to discuss economic cooperation between the two countries and the possibilities for our country to integrate into European Union following Sweden’s example. It was led by Swedish experts in these areas, based on lectures and panel discussions. HRH Crown Prince Alexander II was one of the guest speakers at the seminar.
