OLIVERA JEVTIC THE BEST EUROPEAN IN MARATHON

Belgrade, 1 September 2003 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II congratulated today to Miss Olivera Jevtic on her eight place in the marathon race in Paris, which was the best result among European runners, and also the best result of all our athletes.

“Your extraordinary result in this renown race is important in the world athletics. I admire your courage, persistence and stamina that you have shown in this most difficult athletic discipline. I wish you more of the excellent results and even better ones, particularly in the Olympics in Athens next year”, emphasized the Crown Prince in his letter of congratulations.
