DONATION TO HOSPITAL IN MLADENOVAC

Belgrade, 3 September 2003 – TRH Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine visited today the Special Hospital for Internal Diseases in Mladenovac where they delivered an ECG, and later on the rehabilitation Center in Selters Spa.

ECG was a part of the donation from friends from Greece, rallied by the Foundation of HRH Crown Princess Katherine at the great charity dinner at Ecali Club in Athens this March.

At the Special Hospital, Their Royal Highnesses were warmly welcomed by Dr. Marina Stojanovic who organized a short reception in honor of the distinguished guests.

Upon delivery of the donation, the present were addressed by HRH Crown Princess Katherine:

“I believe your experience will help you use this ECG in the best possible way, and we are going to help you in your work in the future”. Expressing her hope for a better tomorrow, Princess Katherine mentioned that many people from our country and abroad are willing to help our hospitals.

At the end, Princess Katherine wished success to everybody, emphasizing that the will and the wish for the better future of all the present is a great support in the further humanitarian activities of Their Royal Highnesses. Then Dr. Marina Stojanovic introduced the distinguished guests with the work and the conditions in the hospital and took them for a tour of Dialysis ward.

After this health institution, Their Royal Highnesses visited the rehabilitation Center in Selters Spa.
