SIX MONTHS’ MEMORIAL SERVICE TO ZORAN DJINDJIC

Belgrade, 7 September 2003 – TRH Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine attended the memorial service to Dr. Zoran Djindjic, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, who tragically lost his life in the assassination on 12 March this year. The memorial service in the Alley of Prominent Citizens at the New Cemetery was served by His Grace Bishop Lavrentije of Sabac and Valjevo, and beside the family of the late Prime Minister it was attended by the members of the Government of Serbia, representatives of the Army of Serbia and Montenegro, the City of Belgrade and many citizens.
