ARTILLERY DAY

Belgrade, 13 September 2003 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II extended his congratulations to the Chief of Staff of the Army of Serbia and Montenegro General Branko Krga, members of the Army of Serbia and Montenegro, and particularly the Command and the members of Artillery units, on the occasion of the Artillery Day.

“I sincerely congratulate you on this Day. Serbian Artillery wrote some of the most glorious pages of our military history by their heroic acts. I am convinced that today’s generation of the officers, NCOs and soldiers of the Artillery units will preserve this honorable tradition, and, through their training and acquiring of new knowledge will stay on the top level of readiness to defend the country and its democracy”, emphasized Crown Prince Alexander II in his letter of congratulations.
