The Forthcoming Parliamentary Elections are NOT the Referendum on Monarchy or Republic

Belgrade 16 December 2003. – Due to the increased number of writings in public considering forthcoming elections, HRH Crown Prince Alexander II wishes to resolutely express to the electorate, all political parties and all politicians that the approaching parliamentary elections on 28 December, are NOT a referendum on monarchy or republic.

The elections are for the Serbian parliament and the electorate must vote totally freely for whom they wish. This is very important.
