REHEARSAL OF PLACING THE MAIN DOOR OF THE SAINT SAVA TEMPLE IN VRACAR

Belgrade, 14 February 2004 – TRH Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine attended the rehearsal of placing the main door, donated by Their Royal Highnesses, in the Saint Sava Temple in Vracar today.

Beside Their Royal Highnesses this event was attended by HE Minister of religion Prof. Dr. Vojislav Milovanovic, member of the Crown Council Mr. Dragomir Acovic, builders of the Temple and gathered citizens.

Minister Milovanovic handed over the key to the main door to HRH Crown Prince Alexander II who opened the door and invited the citizens to come in the Temple. Their Royal Highnesses took a tour of the Temple and were introduced to the so far finished construction works.

The main door of the Saint Sava Temple, weighing 3.5 tons, are equipped with sensors and are going to be richly decorated.
