TRADITIONAL ART EXHIBITION “SRETENJE” OPENS

Belgrade, 14 February 2004 – TRH Crown Prince Alexander II and Crown Princess Katherine attended the opening ceremony of the art exhibition “Sretenje” at “Cvijeta Zuzoric” Pavilion.

The fifth “Sretenje” exhibition was organized by the “Endowment Society the First Serbian Uprising” from Orasac, within the central celebration of the Bicentennial of the establishment of modern Serbian state. Among other artists, Belgrade audience was presented with the works of Todor Stevanovic, Zdravko Mandic, Zoran Nastic and Danica Masnikovic.

The Crown Prince and the Crown Princess were welcomed by the member of the Presidency of the “Endowment Society the First Serbian Uprising” from Orasac Mr. Dimitrije Jovanovic.

Beside Their Royal Highnesses the opening of the exhibition was attended by the representatives of the diplomatic corps, public figures and art lovers.
