CONGRATULATIONS TO PRESIDENT PUTIN

Belgrade, 17 March 2004 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II has conveyed his congratulations to the President of Russian Federation Mr. Vladimir Putin on the occasion of his landslide victory in the recent presidential elections.

“Please accept my sincere congratulations on being elected the President of the Russian Federation. I hope the process of reforms will be continued during your second term. Russia is one of the most important countries in the world, and its stability is of utmost importance for global peace.

It is also my wish that the relations between our two countries will maintain the course of traditional friendship” – emphasized the Crown Prince in his letter of congratulations.
