SUPPORT TO MR. JOVICA ILIC

Belgrade, 17 March 2004 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II has sent a letter of support to Mr. Jovica Ilic who was wounded in a recent incident in the village of Caglavica near Pristina.

“It was with great anxiety that I received the news of the criminal attack in which you were seriously wounded. I most strongly condemn such acts of violence and hope that the perpetrators will be swiftly brought to justice.

All citizens of Kosovo and Metohia must have equal rights, and the international community must put a lot more effort to protect them and establish conditions for a secure and peaceful life” – emphasized the Crown Prince in his letter, wishing a speedy recovery to Mr. Ivic.
