EASTER CONGRATULATIONS TO HIS HOLINESS THE SERBIAN PATRIARCH PAVLE

Belgrade, 9 April 2004 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II has sent Easter congratulations to His Holiness the Serbian Patriarch Pavle:

“On the occasion of the most joyous Christian holiday, the Resurrection of Our Lord Jesus Christ, please accept, Your Holiness, my most sincere congratulations, and extend them to the Archpriests, clergy, monkery and entire congregation of the Serbian Orthodox Church.

In the year of the two great temptations for our Church and our people, the destruction of Chilandar Monastery and persecution of the Serbs in Kosovo and Metohia, let the day when we celebrate the resurrection of Our Savior bring to all of us strength in faith, love in our hearts and hope that life is stronger than death.”
