HOLY ASCENSION – BELGRADE’S “SLAVA”

Belgrade, 20 May 2004 – HRH Crown Prince Alexander II has congratulated the Slava of our capital city, Holy Ascension of Our Lord to the Mayor Mrs. Radmila Hrustanovic, city officials, the staff of the City of Belgrade and all the Belgraders.

“On this day, when Christ by ascending to heaven had completed his great and redeeming mission on Earth, let us remember it was dedicated to all of us, so that we make our lives and our whole community better and filled with mutual respect” – emphasized the Crown Prince in his letter of congratulations.
