THIRD GROUP OF CHILDREN LEFT FOR GREECE FOR SUMMER HOLIDAYS
THROUGH MEDIATION OF THEIR ROYAL HIGHNESSES
Belgrade, 18 July 2004 – Through mediation of TRH Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine the third group of the young ones from the Homes for the children without parental care left for Greece yesterday for vacation. The departure was organized in front of The White Palace in Dedinje. Thanks to TRH Crown Prince Alexander and Crown Princess Katherine, the Foundation of HRH Princess Katherine and the Humanitarian Organization “Lifeline Hellas”, which is under patronage of HRH Princes Katherine, more than 50 children from the Homes for the children without parental care all over Serbia will spend the summer in Greece. The project was supported by the Ministry of Social Welfare of Serbia, the Humanitarian Organization “Lifeline Hellas”, and the Foundation of HRH Princess Katherine, through their donors. This is the continuation of the project initiated last year, when over 100 children from the Homes for the children without parental care visited Greece under the patronage of HRH Crown Princess Katherine, her Foundation, and the “Lifeline” humanitarian organization. This year as well, our children were hosted by international camps in Greece. The group of 20 that left today is from the Homes “Drinka Pavlovic” from Belgrade and “Vera Radivojevic” from Bela Crkva. The third group of children will spend ten days of their holidays at the Kritinou Camp in Kefalonia.
