Born on July 16, 1955 in Belgrade.

Grandson of Petar Spasić, veteran of Thessaloniki Front, businessman, holder of the Medal of St. Sava and of Milan Milošević, veteran of Thessaloniki Front, distinguished komita, professor of literature and co-founder of the High School of Arandjelovac, grandson-nephew of holders of Karadjordje Star and Obilić Medal, grandson-nephew of Lazar Pantelić, acting Headmaster of the High School of Kragujevac assassinated with his students by Nazis in 1941, son of Milivoje Spasić, bank counsel and Vera Spasić, professor of the German and English languages and literature.

Graduate lawyer of the Faculty of Law of University of Belgrade, member of the Bar Association of Belgrade since 1981. Co-founder of Law Office Spasić and Partners of Belgrade. Legal counsel in more than 190 major projects in the fields of acquisition of legal persons and banks, mergers of legal persons and banks, banking, complex and syndicated loans, civil engineering, immovable property, shipbuilding, arbitration, as well as a significant number of litigations and other processes before the Courts of Law and administrative bodies in Serbia and abroad. Legal counsel in a big number of transactions that were pioneer projects and included for the first time new kinds of processes and a significant number of new legal institutions in Serbia, such as:

2001-2003 Legal counsel to Lafarge SA in the first privatisation in the real sector in Serbia
2002-2004 Legal counsel to IFC for analysis and preparing of two PPP projects in Serbia
2003-2005 Legal counsel member of BNP Paribas consortium for the first three privatisations of banks in Serbia
2005-2007 Legal counsel member of BNP Paribas consortium for the first privatisation of an insurance company in Serbia
2006 Legal counsel to NBG for acquisition of Vojvođanska banka a.d.
